Terms of Service
Humanize AI Text VIP is an AI-assisted rewriting tool for readability, tone, flow, and professional content editing. The current public artifact is preview-only until production launch gates are approved.
You are responsible for reviewing output, checking facts, citations, links, claims, and policy requirements before use. The service does not guarantee detector, ranking, originality, plagiarism, factual accuracy, legal compliance, revenue, conversion, or platform acceptance outcomes.
Do not use the service for academic integrity violations, detector-bypass or policy-evasion requests, spam, phishing, impersonation, harassment, malware, fraud, deception, illegal content, or attempts to overload, scrape, or resell the service. Safety flags are policy signals for allow, warning, review, or block decisions; flagged content is not automatically a permanent ban without product-specific review.
Paid checkout is not live for public production. Test-mode Stripe checkout may be used only for authenticated preview QA. Owner-confirmed pre-live terms allow refund requests within 7 days via [email protected]; duplicate charges and verified technical failures may be eligible for review; abuse, policy violations, heavy usage, quota exhaustion, and chargebacks/disputes are not guaranteed refunds. Listed Pro prices are before applicable taxes; when live billing is enabled and verified, taxes may be calculated and added at Stripe Checkout based on billing information. Checkout may collect billing address for tax calculation, and a business/tax ID may be requested only where applicable. When live billing is enabled and verified, subscription cancellation should be handled through the Stripe Billing Portal and take effect at the end of the current billing period by default, with no prorated refund by default unless duplicate charge, verified technical failure, or owner-approved exception applies. Governing law, jurisdiction, Stripe Tax/tax-exclusive settings, privacy/provider details, and live Stripe evidence still require final review before live checkout.
No automatic overage billing is enabled in v1. If a free or paid limit is reached, the product should show an account, upgrade, contact, or support prompt rather than automatically charging extra usage. Business access is Contact / Coming soon and should not be presented as self-serve checkout until owner-approved.
Launch note: final legal, contact, cookie, pricing, AI provider, and retention details require owner confirmation before production.
