Prices are listed before applicable taxes; when live billing is enabled and verified, taxes may be calculated and added at Stripe Checkout based on billing information. Any launch-to-regular price transition remains pending final review before live checkout.

Overage in v1 does not auto-bill; free and paid users see an upgrade, contact, or support prompt instead of automatic charges. Business/tax ID details may be requested only where applicable after Stripe/accountant/legal review.
Owner-confirmed pre-live policy: refund requests may be submitted within 7 days via [email protected]; duplicate charges and verified technical failures may be eligible for review; abuse, policy violations, heavy usage, quota exhaustion, and chargebacks/disputes are not guaranteed refunds. Subscription cancellation should use the Stripe Billing Portal and take effect at the end of the current billing period by default, with no prorated refund by default unless duplicate charge, technical failure, or owner approval applies. Live checkout remains blocked until legal/entity, jurisdiction, Stripe Tax/tax-exclusive settings, billing address/tax ID collection rules, support SLA, privacy/provider, Customer Portal, webhook, and owner live-smoke gates are final.
